Exercise and haemophilia during COVID-19
In these two videos, Dr Nathalie Roussel and Dr Sébastien Lobet talk about the benefits of exercise for people with haemophilia during lockdown and the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this first video, Dr Lobet, a physiotherapist and researcher specialising in haemophilia, discusses how those with certain conditions are at increased risk with COVID-19, and how exercise can reduce the risk of ill health.
In the second video, Dr Roussel, a physiotherapist and Associate Professor specialising in chronic joint pain, talks about what the World Health Organization recommends about how much to exercise each week.
